Financial Contributions

Flamboyan Theater is an LLC with a non-profit fiscal sponsor, Sacred Voices. We advocate for our playwrights, actors, and all contributors to reap the benefits of their labor. We seek grants through our fiscal sponsorship, but we also seek donors and sponsors via Patreon and crowdfunding. We have several ways to contribute to our mission, with a variety of benefits for our supporters.

Our Packages

Artistic Sponsor Package ($10 a month, $120 a year)
If you are an artist of any discipline and wish to sell your items at our events for $10 a month, you will be given a place at all our shows and public events to sell your merchandise. 100% of merch sales belong to the artist.

Artist Partner Package ($50 a month, $600 a year)
If you are a performing artist looking for additional exposure, this package will not only allow you to sell your merchandise at our shows but also perform before the show and during intermissions. 100% of merch sales belong to the artist.

Community Advocate Package ($100 a month, $1200 a year)
The Community Advocate is a donor whose contributions go toward our operations and staffing expenses, and in return, you will be included in our show programs and be given special access to our workshops and tickets to our shows.

- 4 free tickets to our shows

Community Partner Package ($500 a month, $6,000 a year)

The Community Partner is a donor whose contributions go toward our operations, staffing, and future development. In return for your support, aside from being mentioned in our publicity and programs, you will be given special access to our rehearsal and casting process, along with other benefits.

- Free access to our Emerging Playwright’s workshops
- Happy Hour with our playwrights and actors
- Access to our auditions, where you will be asked for your input, and our first rehearsal (which is a read-through of the play)
- 8 free tickets to our shows

Community Executive Package ($1,000 a month, $12,000 a year)

The Community Executive is our most prestigious package. Along with the same access as the Community Partner and Advocate to the Emerging Playwright’s workshops, you will be given exclusive opportunities to highlight your vital role in our operations and future development.

- Your name or your organization’s name will be given a special “Presented By” credit over the title of the play in all publicity and program
- Moderate a post-show Q&A with the cast
- An exclusive dinner with the lead actors, director, and Flamboyán CEO
- Input on casting and ability to attend any of our rehearsals.
- You will be given a curtain speech to introduce the show on opening night
- 15 free tickets to our shows

Venue Partner Package
This package is unique because it won’t cost you money but plays a vital role in our operations. This package is for people who allow us to use their venue for auditions, rehearsals, and performances. In exchange, we will bring added revenue to your space through our performances, use your name in all of our publicity and programs, and market other events at your space for the duration of our residency. In exchange for giving you free publicity, we ask for a discount on using the space.
